In a world where services are becoming economically more emphasized than products, those organizations seeking to remain in the products sphere survive due to differentiation alone. However, despite the billions of dollars spent on security products and services, the innovation and inventions behind these organizations remain dangerously exposed to theft, destruction, and modification. This paper presents 10 vulnerabilities a scanner might not identify. Audience Even the most diligent or most talented system administrators forget the fundamentals. Consequently, they are members of my intended audience. Members also include executive level personnel, who sometimes need starting point for their security planning.
