Implementation of a Comprehensive Enterprise Virus Defense Infrastructure in a Global Company

This paper will follow a global corporation's move from traditional, client based and controlled virus defense to a centrally controlled and monitored system. Following the Defense In Depth strategy, the company also augments this new system with policies and procedures to help ensure adequate defense. Traditional virus defense initiatives, those that are client based without centralized control, monitoring or reporting, no longer make the grade.
