Building a tripwire System for SQL Server

Tripwire is a well known host-based Intrusion Detection System (IDS) that is available for a wide range of operating systems in both commercial and noncommercial versions. It was first released as a non-commercial UNIX version in the fall of 1992. Both the opensource and commercial forms of Tripwire, as well as similar products, are in wide use to today.
