Enhanced Security During Organizational Transitions

This document applies to any organization that is undergoing a significant change such as employee turnover, layoffs, a merger or acquisition. The purpose of this paper is to provoke discussion concerning the requirements for increased security during a period of transition, the threats faced by an organization as it goes through a period of change, as well as appropriate controls that could be implemented to mitigate the risks.
