Defending ourselves against MalWare - obviously a daunting task since depending on your preferred source of information there are between 30,000 and 63,000 known 'viruses' out there! As discouraging as this may sound there is also no shortage of good advice on how to establish some lines of defense and how to recover if your defenses fail.
